Our ASME code certified fabrication shop specializes in various types of projects ranging from pressure vessels to electrical racks, stairs and platforms to portable skid mounted buildings. Our highly-skilled professionals are able to work directly with our clients to design and engineer custom fabrication of items they envision, as well as fabricate pre-designed and engineered items to the specificity of our clients.
In 2020 upon receiving our R and U certifications, we expanded to include fabrication of new pressure vessels and repair of existing pressure vessels. We offer this service for new & existing customers in the E&P, Midstream, Chemical and Refinery industries.
Our shop teams are provided with the highest-grade equipment and materials in-house, including heavy equipment lifts and overhead cranes ranging from 7.5 ton to 20 ton. This model for project design and construction provides significant quality control and safety benefits over field construction. We are also able to reduce potential time and cost-loss due to weather delays. We also have an in-house trucking group and are able to deliver large items or full truck load items without relying on an outsourced party.
